
Affiliates of Wyatt Capital, LLC acquired this 24,000 sf office/warehouse in November 2017 for $1.675 MM in an off market transaction with a seller. The building was 100% occupied at the time of acquisition with minimal term remaining by a tenant who promptly vacated within a few months upon its lease expiration. Wyatt leased the building immediately on a long term lease to a credit tenant after replacing the roof and making other base building improvements and intends to hold the asset indefinitely.
