ATLANTA HEADQUARTERS LEASE
8,200 SQUARE FOOT CLASS A OFFICE LEASE TRANSACTION VALUED AT $3.3 MILLION

Arkadios Capital established it’s office headquarters in Atlanta at the newly renovated 309 East Paces Ferry Road- a Class A boutique office building located in Buckhead while leasing the entire 10th floor in late 2018 for it’s expanding operations. The term was for approximately 9 years and makes Arkadios one of the largest tenants in the building.

Arkadios engaged Wyatt Realty Company to identify options and negotiate lease terms with the Landlord which included a generous tenant improvement allowance and enhanced exterior signage. The existing relationship between principals of Arkadios and Wyatt Realty Company extends over a decade and includes prior tenant representation assignments previously executed on behalf of those principals.
