Brighton Partners, LLC relocated it’s office headquarters from Midtown into the newly renovated Class A office building located at 309 East Paces Ferry Road in early 2019. Brighton leased a portion of the 8th floor for its operations for a term of approximately 7 years.

Brighton Partners is a private equity firm focused on small businesses with between $10-$50 MM of revenue and less than $5 MM of EBITDA.

Brighton engaged Wyatt Realty Company to identify options and negotiate lease terms on its behalf with the Landlord.
