LINDBERGH CITY CENTER BUILD TO SUIT – 51,000 SF OFFICE/RETAIL BUILDING

Harold Wyatt was engaged by owner Carter & Associates to identify potential tenants for build-to-suit office building pad sites at Lindbergh City Center which is widely regarded as the first true mixed used development in Atlanta, Georgia. The project incorporates uses such as office, retail, single family and multi-family residential, educational, and public transportation capability via the MARTA rail station.

Wyatt successfully recruited a for-profit education institution, The High Tech Institute, from a suburban Atlanta location to Lindbergh City Center, located “in-town” between the Midtown and Buckhead submarkets in the city of Atlanta. On behalf of the owner, Wyatt negotiated a long term lease that allowed ownership to finance and build to suit a new office/educational facility that included deck parking and ground floor retail space fronting Piedmont Road.
